CBZGT50 said:WTF???????? Thats LONG. Did he need that much detail to pull a fn tranny? wow. Just unbolt it and take the stuff off. rebolt it as everybody else has said. Some people go over the top! I pulled my tranny 3x in one week. I can R/R the trans it in an hour now and that includes removing the prochamber. It gets easier the more you do it.

And its pretty messed up that when people take that much time to write stuff out that you shoot it down. Think back to when you did your first one and knew nothing. Then tell me that post was worthless.
Thanks David, it seems you have a write up for just about everything?!

The top ones I have gotten from the back of the engine (thru the hood)...but that is if you have small hands...and sometimes if you tilt the engine back a bit you can get some more clearance...
Rock777 said:The bottom ones weren't really as much as a problem, although they were no breeze by any means, and I'm 6'4" 230. I thought about trying the top ones from the top of the engine but it didn't seem like there would be clearance. I might have to try that tonight although I don't think my damn paws have a chance of fitting. Otherwise I will just get a new swivel to replace the one I broke and keep trying that.
