Finally got it back together. Tons of individually bagged parts and zero directions included. The paint concerned me at first but after spending some time around the car today it really is extremely well done.

Unfortunately I don't have wheels and tires for the car so here it will set. Deciding between new 18/19" wheels or doing a 19/20 combo.
Finding wheels for these cars is absolute hell. Makes me appreciate the mustang aftermarket.

Kind of how I feel too if looks are the only criteria considered. But damn, 345/25r20s are all $500+ tires

Yeah I have. I like to be able to switch tops though and it doesn't look right with the painted top. Definitely considered it though.

Sorry to not reply sooner. Your explanation does make sense.

The wide body 1/4 panels look awesome.

My favorite vette is the 1958 and I don't think I'll ever be able to afford one.

Wow. That's enough to not spin any tires.

I was actually checking out a 1953 corvette this afternoon. Was crazy to see just how terrible the fiberglass body was, especially sitting a few feet from a 2017 ATS-V. Amazing how far we have come in 60 years.

Checking out a '53? Was it one for sale? It's rare to even see those.

Brown Bros Cadillac dealership. It was a cool setting, definitely makes you feel better about paying too much for a rebadged Malibu with better seats.

My dad had their suv and it sucked. But his CTS is a fun/nice car. He thinks it's fast(lol).

The only vette wheels I have found (for the car I don't own) that I personally like are ccw's. Well there are others but they are astronomical in cost. Every other cheaper wheel kinda has that look to it.
