Ok...so my TB bolts are backing out of the Plenum. Should I just use locktite on them so they don't come out? I actually learned about the issue while cleaning the motor today and it freaked me out. Any suggestions?

Damn thats odd. I've never had that happen before. Try locking washers. If you use locktite make sure you don't use a whole crap load, you wouldn't want to not be able to get them back out.
Ok...I'll look into the washers. Its just strange. Two had worked their way out and two were loose. Hmm....
