so i "finished" installing my professional products 75mm TB and plenum and this second throttle position sensor (i think) doesnt fit into the groove it's supposed to i believe. On the stock one and the new TB the first TPS snapped onto the part sticking out, the second one slid out of the stock but doesnt fit onto the new. Right now i have it kinda wedged in their for driving but i cant leave it there.
Any help? It's supposed to slide in sideways in that hole that's circled but it's just too small

also my trut tower brace doesnt fit on now that the new TB and plenum sit higher and the CAI block its from reaching the holes, any ideas? i was thinking maybe grinding part of it?

I'm not all together sure I understand your dilemma but I'll try .. That cable is your throttle cable. Route the cable in the groove on the throttle body and just push it into the slot. Do this ... get your old throttle body and insert the throttle cable, then do the same thing on the new one.

Also the two bolts that connect the throttle cable assembly on top of the stock TB now lies below the 75mm plenum, since it has no groove to screw to it just is kinda suspended uner the bolt holes of the new plenum. Will this cause any problems?

Take it off then drill it.
thought about that, bvut i went to my dad's cabinet shop and borrowed a right angle drill and a 1/4 inch drill bit. The holes wasn't even completely 1/4 like the throttle cable end is!
once i made both holes 1/4 the end slid in and the cable went through the ravine in between the holes:nice: now i just have to modify the srut brace at the race car shop that's across the street from my dad's shop
