TB or Adaptor

Whats the pro's and con's of having a new 75mm TB over a new 75mm TB adaptor?

When I buy a 75mm throttle body will my steeda cold air intake hook up to it of will it then be too big of a circumfrence?

are you referring to the adapter as in the spacer. or the adapter ie the plenum?
Because neither of those replace the tb.

yeah i figured it out its the plenum then theres the actual 75mm TB that gos to the cold air intake or what ever
