I know ebay will explode with used vette parts for sale.
In my opinion, on the whole vettes are nicer then mustangs comment, I think vettes are just crap. All it is and will ever be is a mid life crisis car for guys who need hair, booty, a diet, and some viagra. Sure it is a fast car, but it is not a car to build like a mustang. It is not brand either, cause camaros are nice build cars too. I would take a cobra or saleen over a vette anyday, for style, potential, and booty attraction. I just think that vettes are some of the most overrated cars out there. Either way no matter what you like that does suck but if you do like vettes there is goin to be cheap parts on ebay.

Not to get too far off topic, but if u're young, or atleast not in a "mid life crisis" then what is a vettte? And i've seen PLENTY of vettes that were built, shoot a vette is easier to work on from the looks of it then a camaro/trans am since the motor isnt under the dash.

I HIGHLY doubt that u'd get more attraction in a mustang(cobra, saleen whatever) then a NICE vette, im 22 and i know the vette would get more attention. Unless you had a very VERY well put together mustang will it compete like i mentioned above. And besides at the end of the day, most women who give attention like that look at what it costs, and they dont care how much your mods cost, the price of a vette is more in their head.

And overrated? lol. A light car with a hell of a motor? I guess thats why the new Z06 is blowing all its competition out of the water...for half the price tag huh? Do u know about the technology that comes in vettes? Give me a break, u cant even put mustang in the same league as a vette. It just aint right.

The one thing i will give u about vettes/transams/camaros when u compare them to stangs is that u can make a stang look "unique". Rather than just being another "nice" vette/trans am/camaro....

And that is what makes car great, "opinions". Sure I would take a vette if it were free, but for the cost I would get something else. I do think that a vette can look nice, and I do consider it in a different league then mustangs. The vette is more of an older or 'wealthier' person's car, already very fast and have the look of more like a sports car. While mustangs, camaros, trans ams, are more of muscle cars, much more affordible and are fast but there is so many ways you can make them faster. Also they look good but you can make them look alot nicer. It is more of a average man's car. And dont take that wrong because what I mean is almost everyone can get these class cars and make them 'thiers' and personalize them to fit their likes and dislikes. A vette to me just will look the same as the next one. And I still believe that mustangs bring more girls to the party cause a vette can make you look rich (or your parents) but a nice mustang makes anyone look sexy. not that some have problems

Anything you do to a trans am or camaro....u can do to a vette to make it faster. And outside of hoods for trans ams and camaros...they all look pretty much the same. Cause their body kits are NASTY.

Mustangs are in a league of their own when it comes to customizing....
