Tensioner bolt torque spec?

What is the torque spec for the belt tensioner bolt? I tried to do a search or two, after looking through 15 pages of results I couldn't find it.

Ford has it listed as a two step process:
1. Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in)
2. Tighten an additional 90 degrees

I would guess its around 15ft .lbs, pretty much just don't try to tighten it too much or it will break due to the front cover being powder cast aluminum.
