I've just replaced my belt and I'm wondering seeing as my previous belt would chirp upon start up and seemed to wear a little faster then I think it should have I have a feeling my tensioner isn't torques enough or is too tight.Does anyone know the specs on the belt tensioner?
you can't adjust it but if you can see it bouncing around a lot, chances are its worn and you may need a new one. a while back I replaced the pulley to stop a chirp but it came back in a few months and it was glazed again. turns out the tensioner was worn out
