Ok, just went for a test drive, over the past week I have...
Rear......Reinstalled rear end w/ the new 3.73's, Royal Purple synthetic 75w140, bearings, seals. New boxed FRPP uppers and MM lower control arms, new axle bushings, rear drums turned and new cyclinders, Bendix shoes, and hardware. New KYB GR2 shocks and Gas-adjust quads.

Front.....Installed New KYB GR2 struts, Energy Suspension poly sway-bar kit, turned rotors, new PFC carbon metallic pads.

Refinished all 4 wheels, Installed Speed Bleeders, changed out brake fluid w/ Valvoline synthetic. Installed FRPP "C" coil springs w/ Energy Suspension poly isolators.

Only problem...Gears are whining, not uder positive or negative load, just when it's in between. I had a mechanic rebuild the rear end, he was quite impressed with the pattern he was ablr to get with the marking compound. He even took pictures and gave them to me on disk when I picked up the rear end. He did say he set them up on the tight side. I will talk to him about it tomorrow. I was just wondering if the gears need to wear in a bit or what.

I ordered Ford gears but ended up with Pro 5.0's. The car is at the mechanics now. He's done tons of gears and isn't sure why they're so noisy under neutral/slight load, Everything's fine other than that. It is very loud, almost earplug loud. When you are on or off the gas it's fine.

I heat cycled them a couple times yesterday. This morning on the way to his shop they weren't quite as bad as yesterday. Maybe they're just a bit tight, Hopefully just loosening them up a bit will fix it.
