This looks like a DFW thread to me, so I guess I'll jump in....I live in The Colony but I plan on either SLP LT's and x-pipe or Hooker LT's and x-pipe. If I get the SLP I'll get the cats with it, but put on the race pipes for daily driving until inspection. I also want to do cams after that though......will I be screwed on emissions once I do cams?
Cool, another guy from Killeen on here. I went and got mine inspected in the morning with the stock mid-pipe on. That afternoon I put the o/r h-pipe on, so I figure I'm good for at least a year.
Im in San Antonio and i passed no prob with a prochamber, know tons of people with o/r pipes that have no probs either.
Just don't go to some big shop, the little shops almost never care..... I went in with my SES light on and everything, the guy just turned it on, revved it a few times, told me it sounded badass and gave me my sticker. $12 too.
The more ghetto the place looks, the better.

I had my 02' GT tested with Mac long tube headers and Pro-Chamber in Kennedale, just south of FT.Worth. Passed no prob . Although I did have MIL's on and they didn't do a visual. That was last year too.
