TFS heads and F cam ?

i just bought a set of TFS twisted wedge heads, i was wondering if i am going to have any clearance issues using those heads with 1.6 roller rockers and my F303 cam? thanks.

naw, u should'nt but it always safe to check any way. Are u using the stock pistons?

yeah stock pistons, no dome, just hoping i dont have to get them notched or anything, thanks!

Yeah alot of people run that cam with stock pistons. The spec of the cam are 512, 512 so should'nt be a problem. Nice lopey cam as well.

i bought a set of twisted wedge heads from a guy who had them on a car with an f cam and 1.72 rockers

cool, thanks guys, ill have some videos and sound clips of the car together, im hoping to have this thing running by the 24th for the GM vs. Ford event at Raceway Park.

hey jo 8850, what length pushrods did you use with your TFS heads? i think im going to need new ones, like 6.7" or something like that.

The trick flow heads need a 6.75 length push rod. I got mine right from summit. Bought Trick Flows chromoly 6.75's. Im running the X303 with 1.6 roller rockers and Trick Flows no problems except traction............

cool, thanks for the help guys, yes i hope traction wont be THAT much of a problem once this thing is on the road lol

awesome, look for the blue and silver GT with a stalker front bumper and white cowl. i was down there for the GM EFI challenge and it looks like it's going to be a "fun" event next week.
