It should clear. I had a friend running an F303 cam with some iron GT40's (1.90 intake valve) and that thing's got .512 lift on both the intake and exhaust. The TFS-1 is .499/.510 I/E, so I don't see why it wouldn't. The F cam is about the maximum recommended lift on stock pistons with inline valves from what I've read.

the tfs 1 cam will clear without issues, my bro runs one with 1.6 rr's, and I'll be running one VERY soon (have already bought it, just need to install it)

fyi, don't run 1.7 rrs, or you could have interference.

I wouldn't run stock valve springs, especially if they have miles on them. the tfs valve spring kit is what I went with from summit, and they're VERY cheap, at around $100ish

If you already have a b cam i don't know that you'll see much of a diff.

Changing the cam on a stock headed car isn't worth the time or the money.
Use some 1.7 roller rockers instead, until you are ready to do the heads.

What you are considering would be a waste of perfectly good gaskets and anti freeze.

you can run 1.7 rrs on the tfs 1 cam with no pvc issues i have one in my best friends car rite now with some gt 40 heads and a gt40 intakek with some 24s and the car runs awsome. i would change the valve springs either way.
