Yeah so im driving my moms station wagon around since my car is in peices and I pass by a local Sunoco......$2.94 A GALLON!!!!! Im so not motivated to put my car back together anymore. Maybe i'll swap a 1.3 liter festiva motor in my car instead of a supercharged 5.0.

I get sick looking at the prices. I am about not to go anywhere. Last week it was $2.19, later that day I pass by. $2.29. Dont go out for a day pass back by $2.46 I think something bad is about to happen. People are going to stop going places and buying stuff and the economey(sp) is going to be hurting.

I am not a economist or anything but thats just what I think.

I remeber when gas was like $1.19. I think that was like 5 years ago.

I wouldn't mind one of these right now Accord Hybrid

I have thought about getting a beater, but the money i'd save in gas wouldnt make up for the extra insurance i'd have to pay. Its still best i just keep the stang as my DD for now. I've gotta keep my foot outta the gas and keep my milage up.

its not only the gas thats going up. everything that is oil based ( foods, plastics, foams, fertilizer, alot of things) will go up in price also. i read it will be going up alot more. do a search for oil production peak, see what you come up with. its scary what they predict.

That is the same thing I thought about with a beater.

These people making the gas and pumping the oil or whatever they do are really ripping us.
