I took my car to the dyno a few weeks ago to get the A/F checked and to see what my problem was in fourth gear. My car is a 2008 GT/CS auto trans. The car has a factory Bullitt intake, Bamachips canned tune, off road X-pipe with Magnaflow mufflers, and 4.10 gears. My car is basically a "Garage Queen" and is basically only driven to Mustang shows and events in South florida. At the end of december I took the car to the track and had something weird going on in fourth. The car felt like it lost power and stopped pulling. When I took it to the dyno it was running lean and had a weird blip in fourth gear from the converter. A friend of mine was having the same problem aswell.
My friend contacted Doug at Bamachips about it and he mentioned he was coming to Florida for the NMRA race in Bradenton. I live on the east coast and Bradenton is on the west coast. Doug offered to stop by and check out our problems before heading over to Bradenton. We reserved dyno time at MacDonald motorsports in Stuart florida. Doug was able to remedy our fourth gear problems and took care of my lean condition. I can't say enough how greatful we were for the great customer care! My friend and myself will deffinetely be Bamachips customers for life!

I thought their canned tunes were from years of experience and thousands of cars, so why was it off so far to start with?
