Whats up guys....
you know that green line that goes to the EGR from that vacuum tree adapter thing?
Yeah well mine melted off...haha check engine light went on.
But anyway, I replaced it with some crappy tubing I had and it actually held up but its too weak and bends and stuff...so I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy those lines...or the whole thing including the adapter.

Thanks guys
Joe

Joe, you can get bulk plastic line at the parts store but it wont be prebent, and that's a kicker. Have you considered using something like hard plastic or copper line (from the home store. They have stuff like that for ice makers and what-not)? I'm not sure how tiny you can get the stuff, but I bet a run of that, with a short piece of rubber hose on each end (as a coupler) would work well.

I'm just thinking aloud and that's a route I'd try. I've snapped those stupid lines myself.

Good luck.

Go to a hobby store, or even maybe Home depot, and you could probably get some lengths of copper tubing that would work.

all the line does is to feed vaccum to the egr so it can open at idle and shut when driving.
