So I talked with my buddy yesterday and he said that it's an extremely well made kit and little prep work had to be done to make it fit well. The parts on the rear quarter panel must be screwed or riveted on and then bondo applied and smoothed; pretty involved process. Here is a link to the page on their site with the kit. It can be had for less than the $4,000 that it retails for.
