The 69 351 WP pulley is the same depth as any 65-69 289/302 WP pulley.

No 65-69 289/302/351 had a RH pointer.

I think I may not have the correct water pump pulley. it has a part number of C07E-8509 stamp and is 2.50" deep by 6.50 dia. As far as the pointer, I switched my the water pump outlet to the drivers side for radiator crossflow reasons? So now it covers the pointer. I have read or seen parts differentiate what fomoco did switch mid year 69. I could be way wrong.

I'm guessing you have a 70-up water pump. Nothin's going to line up until you get a matched set of pulleys, balancer and water pump.

Exactly.

Easy way to determine what you have. Where is the bottom Radiator hose located--Passenger side, or Drivers side.

Pass Side use any 65-69 SB W/P Pulley C5 C6 C7 C8 C9
Drivers side uses Many W/P pulleys 70 up 302, 351 W, 351 C, 400. D0 D1 D2 on and on.
