The Difference between a 5.0 and a 4 cly???

Hey guys I was wondering if anything is different from a 5.0 to a 4 cly? Is the suspension different? cuz my car was a original 4 cly and is their anything I need to switch over? it has a 302 in it now but can i buy suspension parts for the 5.0 will it still work on my 89 lx? Thanks guys

yes the front suspension parts will be compatable. Although the rear is slightly different. Someone please chime in here to elaborate.

Rear is a 7.5 and it has no quad shocks.
Get a 8.8 out of a V8 car and use aftermarket suspension arms and you will not need the quad shocks.
