connected to the auto shifter.....does it mean anything if that was removed?
fly and pp torque #'s are what again?

and the wire by wire for the trans.

the plug on my trans has a wire going from one to the other(like bridged looks like on an amp) and 2 lower wires are seperate.

Just stuff

Th first item is a devise that locks the key unless the shifter is in park..not needed for the T-5. The looped wire is (I believe) for the neutral safety switch.
This function is now handled by a switch on your clutch pedal. In doing the pedal swap you will find a similar plug under the dash with a looped plug in it. just remove the plug and plug the wire into the switch on the clutch pedal.
The other wires on the tranny are for the backup lights.
