I can think of so many better ways to spend $40,000 that don't involve blinking LED's or dangeroulsy-shaped dashes. And get more tail than that thing ever would.
I guess that's the 80's idea of what a future car would be like inside.

I too remember seeing that car on Ebay a couple of years ago. I think dude back then wanted $40k for it. I wouldn't pay more than $10k if everything was in mint shape.
If I wanted a replica movie car, I rather have a souped up Delorean.
