Just knowing he was so embarressed he had to ditch the Pats avatar brings a chit-eating grin to my face.

Like Belichick did with the final play, many Pats fans will be heading for the door and off the wagon now. A lot of Pats NFL gear will end up being used to wash/wax Mustangs. And if you think about it, that's the way it should be.

Perhaps some forlorn Pats & Cows fans can get together and form a club of some sort.

indeed, except that michigan vs uf was not for a national championship (or world championship in the pats case) and neither team was undefeated in that game...

true, it was a big upset, but my previous statement, that you made that reply to, i said it was a very similar scenario, with one team undefeated, and supposed to whoop the other, and the underdog. so saying what i was saying is true to michigan/uf isnt true. but saying a new statement, that the uf loss was as big of an upset as this, is true

What's a pro-bowl? Isn't that the NFL popularity contest where players from losing teams gather to grieve together? I think they signed 12 Cowboys to appear. The Giants were forced by league rules to send 1 player. Osi got the short straw.

I gotta say congrats Giants...they earned it. As for the Pats, should've tried harder. I only caught the 2nd half and all i saw was 2 false starts, a whole slew of sacks and more incomplete passes than should've been. There was a point where Brady made a pass where he was about 10 yards from the goal and was wide open, he could've ran it in himself but passed and it was incomplete. I usually root for the underdog but i thought it would be cool to see a team go all the way undefeated. I can't honestly say they didn't buckle under pressure.

Apparently they didnt tape the final walk through of the Giants like they supposedly did to the 01 Rams.

The only way I could be happier today is if the Colts won the superbowl.
