The Official kiddiccarus 2007 NFL Thread

I was joking too. Relax :D I let that go along time ago

LOL... I get a little touchy about that subject.. :D That and the fact that I like to argue is a bad combo..

I agree that they have to win the SB. If not you will have Mercury Morris all over ESPN sayin, "we never lost, even though they went 18 games before they lost this year we never lost."

You are right.. This team is under a TON of pressure.. If they win saturday then loose in the playoffs it might be the biggest choke in the history of the NFL

everyone always says the dolphins but the chicago bears in the 30's or 40's one went undefeated twice ofcourse this was pre superbowl but there are other teams who have done it.

oh and the chargers are coming on hot at the end of the year they could be very dangerous in the playoffs.

I agree the chargers are not going to roll over.. they will be tough but I am not sure they have the guns to beat indy or NE on the road

I am still bummed about Parker...

I don't blame you.. That sucks..

Go Bolts!

Take it to the Raiders and get that #3 seed!

Wow a chargers fan have not seen one of those since week 2 :p

superbowl ring or bust :nice:

No ring = failed season 16-0 or not. This team MUST win the superbowl, thats a lot of presure..

The Patriots/Giants game will be on the NFL Network, CBS, and NBC. NFL caved in today and decided to do what was right for the fans. Just goes to show how much the Patriots are loved :)

I am glad they did that for you maine guys and any pats fans that have moved out of market.

It really did not effect me since I live in the greater boston area ( we get all pats games on free tv) plus I have NFL network and NFL network HD with comcast..

Speaking of comcast I flipped out on them sunday when i could not watch the first quarter of the pats game in HD on CBS ( channel 804) because it was so choppy I was missing entire plays.. I had to watch in crappy fuzzy SD.. I got several phone calls from friends having the same issue so it was not just me. They somewhat got it fixed about 20 minutes into the game but I was still pissed.. I give them hundreds of dollars a month ( I have everything HD, DVR, Gold tier internet, sports packages) and invested thousands into my flat panel, I don't want to watch crappy SD ever again...

That actually was the TV Network, mine was doing the same exact thing and I am in the greater Seattle area.

I dont think if the Pats loose in the Playoffs that it will be that big of a choke job. Everyone is gunning for them and the team to benifit the most is the Colts. Defending champs and still going strong yet no one nationaly says anything other than that they think they could beat the Pats.

Personally I think the best teams with a chance are first the Jags. They play tough, physical football and control the clock. They have a GREAT O line. Which is what is going to kill Pittsburgh.

My beloved Steelers have all the tools excepta decent line. Ben has been sacked 24 times in the last six games. That being said if Willie doesn't have a good line, his carries go like this. Gain of two, gain of two, loss of one, gain of sixty. Davenport can at least make his own holes but he is injury prone. But even if they get slopped in their first playoff game, I would say Mike Tomlin is one hell of a coach.

All I know is I hope Jacksonville beats New England, Indy would have a good chance of beating either team but I would feel much more comfortable playing Jacksonville after playing NE than NE. Especially since Indy already beat Jacksonville twice. But beating a good team 3 times is not easy.

I can see the Bolts beating Titans or the Browns at home in the first round, after that it would not likely they beat Indy, but it could happen.

I attended the MNF game between the bolts and the Donks!

I love going to night games!!!! I went to see the Steelers vs the Jags on a Sunday night game a few years back when Heinz opened. It was cold and snowy, Bettis scored in OT I think to win it. Awesome experience!!!!!
