The Official kiddiccarus 2007 NFL Thread

I honestly think the Giants have a great chance especially if TO is not 100% since he was enemy #1 in the first two games. The Gmen are playing well and Manning has had two very good games in a row, if he doesnt turn it over and Jacobs runs the ball well they have a great shot.

The cowboys havent been playing as well as they did earlier in the year and TO is a big reason why.

Thats what i was thinking but im glad to hear it from a "non giants fan". I only say that because sometimes I think i tend to believe the giants can make it to the NFC championship soley because i am a Giant fan and im perhaps distorting the facts. I have seen eli's play get better the past 2 games, but with Eli anything can happen and the dallas game can be another 5 int game with 3 run back for TD's... :notnice:

You are correct, IMO. When I consider things Giants, I really have to distance myself a bit to make a fair judgement. I did this before the season started and predicted 10-6 and 1 playoff win based upon a lot of things. Then I had to look at it again to make sure I wasn't just "wishful thinking" because I'm a fan.

It's pretty hard to do and it's good to hear some opinions of fans from other teams provided they are not stupid. My predictions went totally against the sports writers becuse I felt I knew this team better than them. I was right. Same thing on Sunday when I thought the Gmen would win while 8 ass-clowns on ESPN and another channel were all predicting a Bucs victory.

I really am not sure about this one. It could go either way. If the Giants have to go down, I hope they beat the Cows 1st at least.

San Diego and LT can blow me

Go **** yourself san deigo

After they're done with me. I can't stand "LT" who is not Laurence Taylor, his sissy boy act, the fairy QB Rivers with his noodle arm, the obnoxious fans, etc.

Can you imagine what will happen if they lose next week? I can see "LT" trying to sue the NFL.

I see even people that are NFC fans see LDT as a fraud.. BTW I hate when people call LDT "lt" LT was a great linebacker. LDT is a whiny bitch

Hes a mouth peice and a whiny bitch.

Shawn Merriman (SP) Needs to shut trap to

agreed...

Win superbowls first then talk ****..

NFL aside, "LT" is a stand up guy who does alot for his community and charities and those who are less fortunate.. that says alot to me.. His actions off the field don't consist of parties, getting wasted and getting into shoot outs what a concept :rlaugh:

Almost all pros do the same.. Many do it under the radar..

My wife is a nurse who used to work at a large boston hospital that had kids dying of cancer and other stuff.. She saw many patriots and red sox players visiting kids, giving them stuff.. more than one player donated large sums of money to help pay for treatments that insurance would not cover.. But did not want the media knowing...

The classy fraud does it in the public eye so people think he is such a great guy..

Lots of that happens with a lot of pro Teams. Willie Parker bought gifts for all the kids in the cancer ward at UPMC Shadyside (one of the UPMC hospitals in Pittsburgh) and didn't want anyone to know but someone caught wind of it and put it on tv. Right after he he left there he went to all the other hospitals that UPMC had which is like 4 or5 and did the same thing and visited EVERY child in the hospitals on Christmas day.

I think that the things these guys do should be brought to light more but the mediais like the paparazzi (spell). All the want is the dirt on celebs and its getting worse in sports.

Your right many of these pros do this.. The reason they want to keep it secret is mostly because they don't want attention for it.. Plus once you get a rep of giving away money the scammers all come out of the wood work..

I give Willie Parker a :nice: for doing that.. I wish the media would leave it alone so he continues to do that for the kids....

even Roger Clemens who was a ******* to most people ( including hospital staff) was very good to the sick and dying kids in Massachusetts when he was here.. I read one story where he stopped while jogging to visit a little girl who was very sick.. She did not think he was roger clemens because he did not have his uniform on.. So he jogged back to fenway park ( about a 1/2 mile away) and put on a uniform and jogged back

Running off to Mexico in the midst of an up coming divisional Playoff game even with Jessica Simpson is not a good move. I dont blame him for anything hes done concerning her but the football season is not over, his head should not be elsewhere. There will be plenty of time for her when the season is done but being a young player in the NFL he does not see it that way. Maybe he will come out this weekend and play awesome who knows but Im sure this is not the best move he has made.

Semi Final Saturday: Seahawks at Packers, Jaguars at Patriots

Late games today. Hawks/Pack start at 3PM Central 4PM Eastern while the night cap has the Jags and Pats at 7, 8 Eastern.

I have no stake in any games so I won't make predictions. I was 1-3 last week. :rlaugh:
