I know what you said sparkless, only reason I responded to it is b/c of the text in bold. That there is implying guilt before anything has been founded or proven. If he did nothing wrong how is he classless? By calling him classless is implying guilt.

Well considering he tried to run over a meter maid when with the Vikings, Id say my statement holds water no matter how this turns out.

Randy Moss has a bit of a checkerd past. We all know that. I really can't stand him but I say innocent until proven guilty. Being hes a pro athelete he will probably get off anyways but we will never know the whole story.

He can be a bit of a prick (I.E. When he said about the team going 16-0 that he was feeling good about "shutting all you (the press)up" . REAL CLASSY ) He's an ass holio but a damn good reciever. My question is , will he be in NE next year or are they gonna go over the cap to resign him? Cause you know he's gonna want the money.

As far as him saying that he shut the press up Id be a bit pissed to after all that was said about him before going to the Patriots. Also this whole thing thing as far as the timing seems really odd as well. Talk about a perfect time to try and distract not only him but the team.

Randy Moss has a restraining order against him from when he allegidly beat a woman a week or so ago and then refused to let her get medical attention.

At this points its just alleged, but still he put himself in that position.

If the rumor is true, there is no way the NFL or the Pats will take any punitive action until Feb 4th.

I think he took an extension awhile ago but Im not sure. I just dont see how they would let someone like Moss go, its almost like letting Brady go, then again Brady has taken pay cuts in order to stay with the team and not to go over the cap.If they let any of these new receivers go Id say its Stallworth, not b/c hes not good, actually I think hes gone great this year but only b/c Gafney is doing really well also so they could slide him in his spot.

Brady needs Moss as much as Moss Needs Brady. Moss knows he wont have as much suscess w/ out another QB like brady and other then Manning there are none like those two, Brady would not have had the TD passes this year that he did w/ out Moss.Belichick needs Brady, brady needs Moss, its all a big happy family
