90MustangGT I do remember that, I think you had been 8.5 on a street tire and I had been 8.4.

I will be racing in NJ a lot, and SC in July for anyone who wants to meet up. I personally dont care who I run or what they have done. I will garentee a .0xx tree on a full tree, and a .1xx or better tree on a pro tree... !

I mean .0something... Last event I went .05, .04, .03, .02, .011 and then you guessed it, red light! I hate full trees.

On the pro tree I WILL be in the .000-.150 range all day!

Ive been at it for a little while. My best light is only a .501 (back when they were 500 lights) never had that perfect one. On the street not so much, at the track it might decide the winner!

Would it be fair for me to "tow" Ryan across the finish line?

I think that if I can get traction, that we could take him.

As I understand it... Ryan's car actually runs.. while rsstangs doesnt..

So, if they went now.. ryan would be the victor

it will run..but only if you keep it higher in the rpm's..when its gets here on Friday its getting new plugs and wires dizzy cap, and rotor along with a check of the gas....may drop the gas tank but dont know yet..depends on what the gas looks like after i get it out...so right now....we both would be sitting at the tree

Its not that difficult to drop the tank.. I took mine out and actaully had a small pile of debris in the bottom under the fuel pump sock. I took the vacuum cleaner (dont tell the wife) and some extensions, and cleaned the whole tank out. If your car has been sitting for any length of time, i would get all the old gas outta there by dropping the tank to make damn sure that its not going to ruin anything later on. oh, and change out your fuel filter while youre in there.
