Picked up the new GTO this morning, bye bye old 04' lemon. Here is a quick pic I took when we got home. Amazing difference all around from the 04', feels much quicker.
The 04 had tons of electrical problems, guages didnt work (replaced 4 times), radio went out twice, car battery died completely randomly, power steering pump replaced, rear exhuast replaced twice due to grinding, locks replaced, trans problems etc.
The 05 is a way better car, to this point, way more power and cleaner shifting. Also looks a lot better with the body additions. If you are going to get one, I would not recomend an 04, wait until the 05's prices drop a bit. They are selling really good right now, so it may take a bit longer.
