It does. At least it was just temporary for TGGT (I think).

It's not bad except that some folks use some weird IMG's that load really really really really really slow - sometimes the browser just locks up.

Added pics. And I was on 56k because I was at my grandparents house out of town. I was using my grandfathers tools and he was helping me.

EDIT; Oh and how do you get the black piece on the back dash to stop moving? I bolted the three holes down and it sitll moves a little.

John brought up something I always wondered. I dont know much about acoustics, but it seemed like plywood wouldn't 'absorb' as much of the hit as goo-goo MDF.

:OT John, is your site ever coming back? I still wanted to see more pics of your stereo stuff (particularily the rear deck/package shelf where you did all that stuff)?

Yeah plywood is A-OK for subs. It's resonant frequency falls outside the sub's operating range which is good, MDF can resonate at a low frequency which is bad but it's not so bad that it's detrimental, or hardly noticeable for that matter. But, like I said, it just sucks to work with

OT . . .

Regarding the website, I've been working on it for awhile. I'm coding it in strict xhtml 1.0 and styling it with pure CSS. I'll put up a link once I'm done with the final touches like assembling the gallery layout and menu system. The articles will be nice and streamlined.

And to keep that black dash cover piece from rattling, I stuffed 1" thick polyfill from the crafty store under it and reinforced the clips to hold it down tightly. No more rattles

Thanks for the info all the way around John. Ya know, I never even screwed my rear headrest shelf thingie back down - it floats and I think the RSD rubs the plastic tabs and moves it a hair. I dont fit back there well enough to go find the noise but should screw it down and follow your advice.
