thermostat 180 or 160????

I have an 00GT 5spd performed all mods except going blown. Im pondering what thermostat to run i live in upstate Ny and only run the car in the summer.. im stuck on what thermostat to run. any sugggestions/experiences are welcome! thanks yz125yamaha10@hotmail.com

180, take a longer time to get hot the the 160, I'll go with Hypertechs thernostat, hope that helps
