Just messing around last night with some old paint i found... mixed together some colors, and came up with these, Thought they looked pretty sick!
Just a silver spray paint base, then transparent orange/bronze looking base, then clear coat ( for the wheelchair) Mixed yellow, and the bronze color with clear for the welding helmet..

BTW, thats my tennis wheelchair frame, and welding helmet, lol... Had to find somthing to test these colors on, before spraying my car..
What do you guys think? Should i spray the 94 one of these colors, both, or what? Im not worried about the depreciating the value of the car, or changing from Vibrant red, since i can always just paint it back, if i need to.

That welding helmet isnt the one that is clear and then right when you start welding it gets darker for your eyes is it?

the color on the wheelchair frame isnt really red at all.. Just looks that way in the pic, Its defintaly and orange, kinda like a amber color.

All candy colors use a silver, gold, or white base, so they both have silver behind the orange tint.

Yea, the welding helmet is an auto darkening helmet, thing works great.
Ive been TIG welding with it and it gets the job done just fine.

Hmmm, where have I seen that color before...

The light is a little off in this pic, but that helmet sure looks like McLaren orange.

That orange is definately bad ass.

Is that an original vox AC-30? If so, you know your amps as well as you know your cars!

I don't know Oink, I think I would stay away from the orangeish colors. Especially since you just did your interior in red. It matches perfectly now.

My idea of a good metalic red paintjob is where the car looks red, but the corners just barely turn a pearlish orange in the light. Kind of like laser red with a little more color change effect. (Don't anyone steal my idea )

lol, yea you guys noticed my amp huh.. guitars my passion, next to the mustang.

I was just thinking.. Saleen has an orange similar to the orange on the helmet.. What do they call this color? I can pick up the color from my local supplier if i know. Im thinking somthing like Barilium? Some oddball name. Its made by either Dupont, or PPG i believe.
