The way i look at it a stang with a v6 is not a stang... You might as well go by a ricer at least it will perform better... Hmmm lets see gas mileage is about the same as a GT power is less engine is less reliable.... bad handling...sounds like somone farting in a folgers can if you put exhaust on it..

When i drive my GT i always gets waves and nods from other GT drivers Cobra's too.. Same with z28's and such.. The v6 guys look away as soon as they notice its a gt or give you the 'i hate you look' or the 'why did i not buy a gt??' look... I have never once got a wave nod or thumbs up from a v6 guy.. its penis envy im telling you.. Way i look at it why even buy a v6? you can go back a couple years and get a GT for the same price and its a much better car!

As for that wing..... Im not at all a fan of the wingless look but if my car came with that scary thing id take it off in a heartbeat! that is rice! straight up rice!

You are the only one compensating. It makes a lot of sense too... I don't think anyone here envys your purple NPI 4.6. I'd sure as hell rather be in the orange V6 with a FORD wing...

V6 guy look away because they don't care about cars or what engine you have. Ever thought about that? Not everyone cares about cars and having a faster car than whoever.

Why don't you try respecting other peoples mustangs? If it wasn't for the base model V6, there would be no mustang at all.

is it always about racing and trying to act all tough and being cool? i think not. look at it as a community or something like that? we all drive mustangs, we're all in the same fight as far as everyones concerned (ford vs chevy, etc.). why do we bash on each other? honestly i think what you did leaving that parking lot was almost as cool as that wing... so in my opinion, wing > you.

You completely missed my point. No one buys a v6 mustang to go racing. Most of them don't care about having a v8 or not because it isn't ALWAYS about racing.

If you want to start that who's faster BS with me, you'd better get out your time slips. Ever run the 96? I bet you'd be lucky to run faster than a 14.5.

I'm going to the track tomorrow with the 4cyl. Does your bird have a 12s timeslip that I can shoot for?

To the OP... if it wasn't for the v6 and 4cy Stangs you wouldn't be driving a GT and Cobras wouldn't exist.

While I think the OP is a tool, I really do hate V6 Mustangs. I don't go and rag on them or **** with them, but I do dislike the owners who try to race and mod the 3.8 and think they have a hot rod.

Ive seen a couple V-6 ers doing over 450 rwhp and one that was 650ish In one mag, Red, no hood and an igloo intercooler as high as the roof (not quite) and to me thats Sure it woulda been cheeper and easier with an 8 but its still cool and fast and different

i had a v6 before i got my gt....and you know what i was damn proud of it. no it wasn't fast. no i wasn't a s**t talking dick thinking i could take anything on the road. and no there was no fu***ng way that i would rather drive some rice box cause i couldn't afford the gt when i got it. i drove it because i loved mustangs. i drove it because the insurance was cheaper than a gt. i never once had penis envy you arrogant mother f**ker. i wouldn't turn away if i saw a nice gt or cobra i would give a thumbs up or a nod. sure i wanted one i just couldn't afford it at the time. no i would never put a wing like that on my car, but that guy did because he liked it, at least its a ford part found on an actual mustang...not some double stacked fugly piece of crap.

i took your posts about v6 drivers very personally if you couldnt tell, because thats where i came from. that was my first car and i drove it for 8 good god damn years. if i was that kid i would have shot you a dirty ass look to, gave you a one fingered salute. dont be a f****ng dick.

also there are more v6 mustangs sold every year than gt's and cobras combined. the v6 is what insures that the mustang doesn't go the way of the camaro / firebird. they are what people who dont care about speed or engine size drive, as long as it looks good going down the road.

i hate v6 mustangs too, but perhaps they're starting out with a v6 mustang prolly because they cannot afford a v8 at first. and respectively speaking, id rather have a brand new v6 than buy an old ass ragady mustang gt, which was the case for me and thats usually their first cars which their parents prolly bought them. I know my parents didnt pick me up a v8 right when i got my licence, i got stuck with a v6 for lol, 6 months, hahaha, but yeah, never in my life did i try to mod it....lol
