Im gonna be doing side outlets on my car, and I want to find out what my selection of thin mufflers is. I dont want a loud car (not quiet, but not quite as loud as it is now). My current setup is mac unequal shorties, orX, and a mac catback, wich is pretty loud, undersandably. I will be runnning long tubes, with cats and an h, which I think will quite her down alot, but I dont know what kinda mufflers to get with it. Bullets will prob be too loud. Oh yea, tight budget so cheap is good.

And before I get flamed for wanting a "quiet" exhaust; its my dd, and cops can be dicks by me. This being my first car I want to attract as little attention as possible. Dont get me wrong, I want somethin that can be heard, but Id rather have somethin DEEP.
Thanks alot.

ever heard of supertrapps? they are muffler tips that can be tuned to your liking, they contain disks that are removable. the more you remove the louder it gets. summit sells these.
hmm I never thought about these. but how do they work? do the mufflers go on as tips or in the system?

anything that is the size of a bullet is going to be loud. they are just straight through mufflers. the chambered and turbo stule mufflers are bigger cuz they need to be that size to muffle correctly. you may want to either re-think your exahust or go with loud mufflers

side outs before the tire. Mainly so it saves me a headache in swappin my rear, and five lug conversion, as well as leaving room for bigger tires.
any more info on supertrapps, those morosos or glasspacks?
thanks alot
