Hey guys, I took my underdrive waterpump pulley off and sold it. So I put the stocker one back on, maybe its me or I have some really bad luck with some belts. After I put my supercharger back on, the belt I had on wouldnt not fit. So I had to get a new one, so now after I put the stock waterpump pulley on, that belt wont fit. So I get out the belt I used to have on it and both are way to long. So it looks like im going to be buying a new belt today, so what size belt do I need with all accesories and a 3G alt? Stock size crank and waterpump pulleys too. The stock waterpump pulley will fit inside the aluminum one I took off, I cant remember right off but will a smaller pulley turn faster than a larger one? Basically, will this stocker pulley spin faster than the large one that I took off? Thanks

Dave

smaller pullies turn faster, which is why Underdrive (slower turning) pullies are bigger W/ all stock pullies, sounds like you'd need a stock belt...unless the 3G isn't stock fox size. An easy way to do it is take a piece of string and go around everything and cut it off where it meets, measure the string and you have your size, or a rough estimate good enough to grab a few belts and see which one works. If the belt you had doesn't fit...maybe you're routing it differently?

Nice pic, I used to have that one. I saved it for future refrence. I ended up getting a 86" Belt and it worked perfect.
