I would absolutely degree those cams...even with the flycut. Degreeing your cams does two things: 1. ensures proper clearance and timing and 2. optimizes valve timing to provide maximum power gains.
If you don't bother degreeing cams, you are rolling the dice. You may get lucky and the PTV, etc will be fine. You may end up right back at square one where you began. Do it right this time and degree those cams! That way you know you are getting the maximum performance out of your investment too.
