so at the end of my street there is a mobil station that does all the towing for accidents and all that around my town.well this morning this was sitting in the back lot of the place.this guy lives in my town,why he had this car out last night is beyond me but by the looks of it,he should not even be priveledged enough to own this car.

haha,i prob could get stuff off it over night,but i wouldnt do such a thing haha.i actually dont think they are going to total it.the car is worth so much money and in order for them to total it,the repair cost would have to exceed 50% of the worth.it only has 2200 miles on it haha.i have a feeling even if its totalled they wont be parting with it for a few hundred haha.

who knows what the story is guys. what if it was parked and some other idiot creamed into it after hitting some ice? or what if another driver didn't see the line or out of a turn.

i'd like to know the story behind the reason this happend first.

what is interesting is it doesn't look like the airbags went off.

Seems pretty obvious to me that the driver got stupid with the throttle, put the thing sideways, hit a curb (hence the bent rear axle), and spun it around into a pole or tree.

Given, I've honestly never driven anything with more than 250 horses under the hood, but if ever given the chance - especially if it's something THAT expensive - I'd baby that thing along until I was sure I knew how to handle it. Too many of these rich, arrogant a-holes think they can just hop it, stab the gas, and the car will somehow safely drive itself.

On a side note, I remember reading somewhere that some ridiculous percentage of Dodge Vipers (like 60%) get destroyed within the first 500 miles after being driven off the dealership lot because people are too stupid to be careful with driving them. They romp on the gas and dump the clutch, and all that torque (and a total lack of driving skill) whips them around into a pole or another car. Sheesh. These people just need to stick to driving Lincolns and Cadillacs...

its actually funny you mention the thing about vipers because another guy here in town a few months back destroyed a brand new viper beyone recognition,also he killed himself in the mix too.some ppl think just because they spent a ton of money on the car its going to be invincible.i think older rich ppl such as these are worst then teenage kids in a moderatly fast car.
