Those with strokers

I've found that "stroker" and "budget" don't go together. All the little parts and machine work adds up quickly. My stroker is probably going to get me for about $5,000 just for the LONGBLOCK! If you are trying to do one on the cheap, don't. You'll end up making as much power as you would with just a good H/C/I 302. Look at the numbers Jake made with his for example. If all you want to do is run with a Cobra, do H/C/I and throw on some nitrous. With even only a 100HP shot you should be able to edge by one.
 
well, the idea is that im getting a pretty good case of blowby. i am not one to tear down my engine just to replace piston rings and put it back up. if im down there, im going to be replacing as many things with stronger, better things.
