Not sure on the top but I ran across a pic of the bottom on one of the Cobra sites and figured I would try it.

Could you get some measurements from that bottom for me? The one I have is 4-3/4" from the front carb "D" (flat side) to the forward edge of the oval.

I will, It is still in the shop in S.C. right now but should be bringing it home in about 2-3 weeks and I'll get them for you.

If it is the n/s assembly those do come in a rebuild kit. The kit number for a mechanical secondary carb is 190004 and the vacuum secondary carb is a 190003.

Yes, that is exactly what I meant. I typed it in a hurry and meant to say float adjustment was stripped at the locking nut, better described as the needle and seat assembly. Thanks.
