Hey Guys,

I've just sold my '91 fox GT for down payment money on an 03 Cobra. I'm going to look at a nice low mileage silver one this weekend, but since I'm new to the Terminator, I was hoping you guys could take a look at the details of the car and let me know if there is anything I should be asking that I'm not. I appreciate the help, and will hopefully be posting in here more in the near future. Thanks.

Well I hate to let it go but I need to grow up and get out of my parents house.
Its a 2003 Cobra with 113xx miles. I'm the second owner which I bought it with 3000 miles off of Drmustang on here. The car has the basic boltons
Mods: Steig Stage IV port. 2.8 Steeda pulley with Idler. Steeda CIA, Afco Heat exchanger, LFP Intercooler reservior, Diablo Mafi, KB Boost-a-pump, Diablo Predator w/ custom tune, Spec Stage 3+ clutch with 26 spline, DSS level 3 halfshafts, Steeda Short throw shifter, IRS brace, New tires two being Nitto 555r DR's and a UPR offroad X-pipe and Bassani catback. I'm sure i'm leaving a couple small things out.
I have the Dyno sheets to show 500rwhp and that the tune is right on and not running lean. Any other questions please ask.
Asking price is $24,750

I asked him that. He said after he got the blower ported, he was showing it off and snapped the halfshaft due to wheelhop. The snap broke part of the clutch too, so he decided to redo the drivetrain to beef it up since he had planned on a whipple in the future.

Sounds like a nice car... as long as it hasn't been beat on too hard. I mean its only got 11K on it and it's already got a new clutch, new half-shafts, etc.. makes you wonder.

Well at least that's his story and I'm sure he's sticking to it!

Here's what I would do if I were you. I'd run an exhaustive forum search on SVTPerformance.com for both the current owners user name (WizardsCobra) and the previous owners user name (Drmustang). I'm sure that by sifting through the forum posts they made it should give you a good idea on how they treated the car over time.

That's the exact same thought I had, so that's what I did. His story checks out as far as I can see. He's been a member of that board for quite a while, so the history is there. Thanks for the input Meat. Always appreciated.
