Thread locker, sealant and anti-sieze Oh My!

I would use anti seize on the header bolts. AFR heads aren't heli-coiled. Found that out the hard way after stripping the head once on removing the header bolt. Heli-coiled those and don't use anything you mention anywhere on the motor.

I have the tendency to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. There are people out there whose entire job is just to figure out the best way to do things and write instructions. Trust them.

Umm having said that, let me take a swing.
harmonic balancer - I would use anti seize.
intake - just put an intake on a 302 and Weiand recommended sealant on all the bolts, not just the ones through the water jacket.
timing cover - I use sealant
water pump - the ones that just go into the timing cover (aluminum threads) I put anti seize on. The ones into the block, sealant.
oil pump and pan - anti seize
fuel pump - anti seize
flywheel - blue threadlock

I don't use red for anything that is supposed to come apart at a later time. Like I said at the top - I recommend using a shop manual or the directions that come with the parts. I'm not a pro - trust the pros rather than me!

Intake bolts - I would use anti-sieze(AS)
Cam gear bolt - blue Loctite.
Timing cover - AS on all or teflon sealer where they are near a water passage.
Water pump bolts - AS
Oil pump - nothing or blue Loctite
Oil pan - nothing, maybe a dab of oil
Fuel pump - AS
Flywheel bolts - a threadlocker/sealer combo is a good idea. Perhaps Red Loctite

The manufacturer of your aluminum heads will have a recommendation. You should contact them. They will be happy to help, as they want to be sure you have good results using their product.
