disconnect coolant lines on the egr, un-clip the throttle cable on the bottom, disconnect the vacuum line from the breather cap to the TB, 4 bolts, one on each corber, your done. am i missing anything guys?
To remove the tb, you need to unclip the connection to the tps, the throttle cable, the breather to the valve cover, the four nuts that are tightened to the studs on the intake, and I believe that's it. You should not have to remove the egr coolant lines unless you plan on cleaning the egr plate as well.
