Throttle Body Spacer Airade

This winter when I upgrade my Intake to the Cobra upper and lower intake I am checking the pros and cons of puting an Airade Throttle Body Spacer on it also. Has anyone added one of these with any luck. They are $88 and don't want to spend the money if it doesn't make a difference. Currently I have a stock upper and lower intake with a BBK 75mm Throttle Body and EGR Spacer, and a BBK Cold Air Intake.

One of my buddies put one in his 99 Dodge sport 4x4 and said he gained some power and mpg. Also sounds cool like a turbo kinda.
