A short Rant on lack of Customer Service
It's 1" in thickness. I have the spacer and 2 gaskets, but no bolts or nuts to attached to the TB.
I called RPM today, and the rep said send in a request and fill them in on the fact they mis shipped the TB spacer and I need 4 bolts etc. He did check an found they were out of stock. He also stated that folks in that dept would call the mfg and get the parts ordered for me.
I received an email with in an hr. stating that I had to call the mfg, and to check the box to get a phone number for them. They did not carry any parts etc.
Well that pushed my button after what the other rep had said. I replied and ask few questions like what's up with making me get the phone number and me spending my money to call when they should do it. Was it there policy to ship items out without checking for all the parts. No replys. Btw - there was not a phone number on the box. I called back later and spoke to another rep @ RPM, he listened and apologised for the issue, and gave me a name and phone number for Motorvation in Memphis. I talked to Gary, Good Old Southerner, he apologised, and offered to get the bolt info to me and then I could fax him the invoice and he would repay me. He ended up UPS'ing it out today with a set of instructions, that RPM also forgot to include. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Sorry to rant, but I have a low tolerance for poor customer service.
It looks like the aFe cai will have to be moved around some to accomodate the 1" spacer. Not sure how it will work until I try it.
Thanks,Dewman
