Is it better to get a twin 65mm throttle body, or a twin 62mm tb for my cobra? This is very confusing to me...There is a website that wants more for a twin 62mm tb than the 65mm. Why is this?

Probably because they have less of the twin 62mm throttle bodies than the twin 65mm throttle bodies. In my personal opinion, a twin 65mm throttle body would probably be over kill on a relatively stock Cobra. It goes back to that old issue of "aiflow vs. velocity".
