I had the same problem. I just pulled the cable some more on the throttle plate until I had a full pedal. Then I zip tie'd the beotch down. Works great!
uhhh you got the throttle cable mounted on the tb cause that would be a problem otherwise if you didnt touch it it should work. and if that no workie id try roomates mothers face guys advice.
