throttle cable clearence with valve covers

We are just installing a bbk SSI intake on a 91 302 and ford racing valve covers.. their fairly tall to clear the rocker arms.. when we place the intake down the little throttle screw is hitting the valve cover.. is their anyway to remove the little throttle screw and flip it or any other things that u can do to get the clearence u need with out an intake spacer

I had the same problem. I took my my cable mount and grinded the bolt holes about a 1/2 inch lower and bolted it like that , it works fine but i can barley slide a paper inbetween the valve cover and the cable.
