like if you yank on it it will go stick back into place but as soon as i go WOT it drops the peddle back down to the 'Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me'ty position

Are you sure you have the throttle cable hooked back up to the throttle body correctly ? It should have a slot/groove that it fits into and it should be pretty snug once in place. If the throttle cable is bent in anyway, you may need to buy a new one.

PS. Moderators and Administrators, you need professional help for putting this "Kiss Me" :bs: on here. Whats up with that ?

I can't tell you what's wrong other than after I installed my new Throttle Body & C&L Plenum my mounts for the throttle cable assembly were too low & kept getting stuck on a vaccuum hose extruding from the rear of my Upper Intake Plenum. I resolved the issue by inserting 5 washers under the bracket around each of the 2 bolts holding the bracket in place. Now my cables sit higher up & my throttle's normal again. Prior, I couldn't go WOT.

I had the same problem when I installed my C & L - no one seemed to have an answer. C & L said the geometry on the plenum was the same - Accufab said it was different on the C & L - lol...

Anyway, here was my solution - I used hard rubber/plastic faucet washers - cut a slit in them and glued 3-4 together. They sit on top of the accelerator pedal and the end of the cable sits in the hole in the washers. They take up the slack and have enough give to not snap the cable if they're too tight.

The cable is a VERY simple assembly - there are no hidden tricks/tips if it's hooked the pedal right and the t/b right that's all there is to it. I banged my head on the wall trying to figure out why there was so much slop with the new plenum!

Hope this helps a little....
