Throttle sticking problem...

I have a 2000 Mustang v6 manual trans with just over 40k miles. It seems when I put it into first it will take off without stalling just by releasing the clutch and not touching the gas. At stoplights when switching into neutral it seems as if the throttle will hang longer then normal but eventually drop back down. I cleaned the IAC and replaced the TPS but nothing has helped. I am stumped? I would defintley appreciate some insight and opinions...Thanks

Its normal for the engine to hang the idle just before coming to a complete stop. I am guessing it may have something to do with keeping the engine at an acceptable speed for clutch engagement. It picks up info from the trans speed sensor and MAF and adjusts engine speed accordingly. I wouldn't worry about this idle speed issue. Unless it is stalling out the engine, running too high of spreed or surging ( alternating high and low engine speeds constantly) , then you are ok.
