Throw-out Bearing

Who makes hands down, the toughest throwout bearing for the T-5 input shaft there is??? Where can I get order it?

Also: Someone in another thread a while back was talking about the bearing retainer. A clip or something for the clutch fork? Something was said about replacing the stock piece with a steel one. Anybody know what this is about and from where I can also obtain this piece?

Ohhhhhh.... THAT retainer! I'm an idiot. I was thinking that they were talking about some sort of clip or something that holds the bearing to the clutch fork. Thanks cevtv... I should be gtg then. I'm 99% sure that my superduty came with one of those installed. If not, I have one out in the shed to swap in.

Dag's we were both asking this once before and you are on the second page so i will bump ya. i have always wanted a DEFINITIVE answer.
if your trans does not have the steel retainer, make sure you check endplay and shim it if necessary.
