Thumper heads cam/rockers ???

First off I have a set of Thumper ported gt40 heads not the e7's. The work is awsome and well done.

I am running a TFS stage 1 cam. with the specs. at 1.6 of .499int. .510 exh. 221*/225*. and at 1.7rr would be around .529int. and .540exh. this cam is installed and I am not changing it.

what is the better combo as far as rockers go??? I have .550 springs so that will not be an issue, as well as a DSS pro-bullit that will take .6xx lift with 2.02 valves (that are larger than the ones in my gt40 heads).

I have a bud that is putting 185 AFR's on his 94 lightning and has 1.6 scorp. rockers and will be selling his crane 1.7rr at a good price is why I am asking.

Go for the 1.7 and give it the added lift. Also a little trick some of the old school racers used to do was if you were running N/A they would run 1.6int/1.7exh to favor the exhaust side. If you were running a power adder it would be the opposite 1.7int/1.6exh that way the cylinders will fill up more.
