Ticking driving me crazy

I installed a TFS Stage 1 cam, FMS 1.6 roller rockers and chrome valve covers and now there is a tick coming from the drivetrain. I know that there are problems with the 1.7 rockers and valve cover clearance but i never heard anything like that with 1.6s. Has anyone experienced this problem with these rockers? I know they were all tightened down to spec and everything looked okay so i'm at a loss where this is coming from unless its hitting the oil baffle.

I had to mush the oil baffle a little for 1.6 FMS RRs to clear on the stock valve covers. I get a little valve noise below 2300 RPM or so, not bad though.

See the thing is, you cant hear it at idle, but when you rev it up it comes on and gets louder and faster as the engine revs higher.

Ok, It may be a leaky header gasket or collector also. Maybe try a stethoscope and see what you hear.
