When the car is running there is a noticable ticking sound on the driver side of the engine seems to be coming from the area of the headers. Right now im useing a set of MAC copper exhuast manifold gaskets. The sound goes away when I REV up the engine, so i dont believe it is a messed up rocker or lifter becuase they are all brand new. I dont believe it is a blown head gasket either becuase the car runs pretty good, no colant in the oil, no oil in the colant. Can this be a bad header gasket????

Sounds like a bad header gasket. I hate the copper things too. Get some nice "cardboard" style gaskets that actually crush.

Does the ticking quiet down as the car warms up? Header leaks tend to quiet as the engine warms and things expand and fill the hole. Feel around the flange when you first start the car for escaping gasses.
